Dust Plus "Carbon" contains a woven synthetic front panel, which carries a permanent electrostatic charge to attract and hold airborne particulates. The interchangeable back panel (after filter) consists of Activated Carbon or Zeolite, which adsorbs noxious odors/fumes. Together, these two panes create our exclusive ACCUMULATOR CHAMBERÒ and produce a unique three-stage filtration process. The heavy waffle weave of the electrostatic fabric, and the ACCUMULATOR CHAMBER construction, ensure high dust holding capacity and particulate arrestance efficiency. At the same time, these features eliminate the potential for dirt face loading on the front panel, a condition that would ultimately restrict airflow through the HVAC system.
